More than an year ago, 8th December 2019 to be precise, we organized our first Paseo con Perros sustainable event, at Pont del Petroli beach.
Humans, 15, and dogs, 4 of them, happily attended to this meeting and in half an hour, gathered six bags of garbage.
Yes, half an hour of picking up plastics and all sort of garbage that we found on the sand that morning did not probably had a major impact on this ecosystem. Nevertheless, 15 people working for a common cause and having filled 6 bags of all sort of waste (biodegradable bags, made out of cornstarch), enjoying a sunny morning with our dogs, was a pleasant and well worth activity.
David @MartinBiandi in Instagram gave out a free photo shoot for one of the participants and Lolín Café Gastropub did the same with 3 vermut for two persons and a dog, in their bar in Badalona.
2019 PcP Garbage pick up was a nice, sustainable and sunny event where we had a nice morning. We are looking forward to the next one in 2021!
