WHY PASEO CON PERROS?
Mi name is Vero and Paseo con Perros is the product of and intense personal search of what I love, what I can do best, what the society needs and what I can earn money from. This intimate journey and result is known as “IKIGAI” in the Japanese culture.
My kids are part of this endeavor; they love dogs as much as I do and I personally think that be surrounded by dogs is a life enriching experience for them.
I relate to dogs with the same values which I feel identified with: being simple, honest, loving, faithful, responsible, fun, emotional and motivated.
WHERE DO WE COME FROM?
I was born in Salta, Argentina; first of three siblings. I decided to test myself in 2007 and travelled abroad to study a master and get out of my comfort zone.
My first memories in Argentina include a dog by my side: Saddy (crossbreed), and others that accompanied me along my childhood and youth: sweet Nica (German Shepherd), cute Goldie and Macacha (Pekineese), my faithful running mate, Filipa (German Shepherd and her puppies). And Einstein, our active Border Collie and Catalan Shepherd, currently in Badalona.
After some years living in Barcelona, I had my two kids, the most important persons in my life. For and with them, we decided to adopt Einstein to give all of us the opportunity of creating memorable experiences.

WHAT PROFESSIONAL EDUCATION DO WE HAVE?
My professional education includes being a Tourism guide and having a Tourism degree (Argentina), plus an e-Tourism Master (Barcelona).
I have completed the online course “Dog Emotion & Cognition” by Duke University in May 2023. Also, “Dog Psichology” by Animalia Formación, from May to August 2023. I am self-taught regarding dogs behaviour and I love getting to know people, different ways of living and try new experiences.
My mom, former English teacher, taught my siblings and myself this beautiful language since we were babies, so English is my second language. I speak English to my kids every day all the time, since they were in my belly. I also speak Catalan and a little bit of French. Oh! I do speak in English to every dog as well 
WHO IS PASEO CON PERROS´ TEAM?
Paseo con Perros is currently formed by my two kids, our dog Einstein and me.
We make our best effort to learn about empathy, respect, communication, joy, creativity, proactivity and emotions management, dogs´ and humans´.
Einstein has been essential part of our lives since September 2017, when we adopted him. My kids care about him and his needs, as well as the other way round. If you have arrived home after a long day and were greeted by a dog, you know what we are talking about. He also made our 2020 lock down a lot easier.
